- 1 can (16 oz) of chick peas (drained but DON’T throw away the liquid!)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- A dash of paprika and cayenne pepper
- Mix all the ingredients together, and blend in a blender or food processor. Add the liquid from the chick peas little by little
