Weekly updates to help show my best friend how I am doing. From Newest - Oldest:
Week 20 (5/21/12) - Week 22 (6/10/2012)
- Week 20 started off great until I hurt my back on the 24th and then got sick on the 26th. I was sick until the 10th so I didn’t work out at all because I needed to recover from two different things =/. I have been bloated since the 4th and still am here on the 13th =/
Week 17 (4/30-5/6/12) - Week 19 (5/20/2012)
- 30 min Running at least two times each week
Week 16 (4/23-29/12)
- Ran 30 min on Friday-Sunday
Week 15 (4/16-22/12)
- 1)Monday= Lvl2 30DS X ; Went for a 30 min walk instead b/c ankles and shoulder were sore from bounce house
- 2)Tuesday= Lvl2 30DS ✓ ; also did a 15 min run
- 3)Wednesday= Lvl2 30DS;
- 4)Thursday= Run/Walk/Jog 30 min and Rest ;
- 5)Friday= Lvl2 30DS ;
- 6)Saturday= Lvl2 30DS;
- 7)Sunday= Walk 30 min and rest
Week 14 (4/9-15/12):
- 1)Monday= Lvl2 30DS ✓
- 2)Tuesday= Run/Walk/Jog 30 min X
- 3)Wednesday= Lvl2 30DS ✓
- 4)Thursday= Lvl2 30DS X
- 5)Friday= Lvl2 30DS

Lvl2 30DSand playing in a bounce house all day; No shred but did jump all day
Week 13 (4/2-8/12) Goal: 4 to 5x 30 Day Shred + Mix of walk 5x/30min + jog 5 street
- I ran and went on a 2 mile bike ride on different days but I believe that was my only real exercise this week =/
Week 12 (3/25-4/1/12) Goal: 4 to 5x 30 Day Shred + Mix of walk 5x/30min + jog 5 street
- This week was bad for me all they way around. I ate out a lot, a hardly exercised and my body image wasn’t the best
- I did go hiking one day and biking another
Week 11 (3/19-25/12) Goal: Finish level 1/Start level 2 30 Day Shred + Mix of walk/jog/run 5x/30min
- Good week with exercising and eating healthy
Week 10 (3/12-18/12) Goal: 30 Day Shred + Mix of walk 5x/30min + jog 5 street
- 30DS = 4 times
- Walk/jog = 3
Week 9 (3/12-18/12) Goal: 30 Day Shred + Mix of walk 5x/30min + jog 5 street
- Only did one full day and one circuit of 30DS, motivation was lacking because of TOM
- Walked/Hiked = 3, Run = 2
Week 8 (2/27 - 3/4/12) Goal: Walk 5x/30min + jog 5 street lengths; start 30 Day Shred on the 1st
- Did 2 days of shred (Wednesday and Friday)
- Walk/jog = 2
- Mowed front and back lawn on Saturday (about the same intensity as the shred with the size of my yards)
Week 7 (2/20 - 26/12) Goal: Walk 5x/30min + jog 5 street lengths: Posted on 2/27
- Walk only = 1, Jog/Run = 4
- My hip started to hurt after my run on Saturday, did some exercises that helped but the same thing happened Sunday and had a dull ache for the whole day. Trying to figure out what I did.
Week (6 2/13 - 19/12) Goal: Walk 5x/30min + jog 4 street lengths: Posted on 2/20
- Walk only = 1, Jog/Run = 3
Week 5 (2/6 - 2/12/12) Goal: Walk 5x/30min + jog 4 street lengths , second week of Starters Workout: Posted on 2/14
- Cardio = Yes, Starters Workout = No
- Kya = better
- Worked on healthy eating habits
Week 4 (1/30-2/5/12) Goal: Walk 5x/30min + jog 3 street lengths, first week of Starters Workout: Posted on 2/6
- Walk/jog 5x, only one day of work out
- Need better diet still
- Kya hurt her paw so she didn’t get to go more than 2x
Week 3 (1/23-29/12) Goal: Walk 5x/30min + jog 3 street lengths , first week of Starters Workout: Posted on 1/30
- Walk only 1 day, Walk & Jogged 2 days, no Starters Workout. Kya’s, my dog (check About Me), cardio is doing at least 3x better since week 1
- Bad week for me exercise and healthy food wise, the weekend was better though to help me get back on track
Week 2 (1/16-22/12) Goal: Walk 5x/30min + jog 2 street lengths per walk: Posted on 1/23
- Walked & Jogged = 3 of 5, Walk Only = 2 of the other 5
- Walked around an outdoor mall all day Saturday, but got sick that evening so only walked on Sunday
Week 1 (1/9-15/12) Goal: Walk 5x/30min: Posted on 1/15
- First week walked a definite 3x/30min and walked around my campus(up and down steep stairs/hills) looking for classes and jump roped and a medium/fast pace for about 15 min.
- Still need to implement healthier food choices more often
- Tomorrow starts week two and Tuesday I begin a crazy, busy 17 unit semester but I am going to make sure to make time to work out, even if it is at home
